The FREE Pathways.org Baby Milestones App

You’ve probably heard this question before: Is baby meeting their milestones? It’s an important question to ask—and to know the answer to. Milestones are checkpoints in children’s development as they grow, and if baby misses a milestone, parents should follow up with their baby’s healthcare provider.

But let’s be real—you’re a busy parent! Looking up baby’s milestones, remembering which ones baby has met, and looking for warning signs can be confusing and take a lot of time. At Pathways.org, we know busy parents don’t have a minute to spare during the day. You’re helping baby sleep, feed, play, and more! With so much going on, it can be challenging to track milestones and get answers to all of your parenting questions.

That’s why we launched a FREE new baby development app for parents and caregivers to bring all the information and resources you need in one place. When you download the Pathways.org Baby Milestones App on the App Store or Google Play and create profiles for your children, we’ll help you track and promote baby’s development throughout your day, with videos, checklists, and so much more. Here’s how you can use the app to help baby’s development every day!

What's in The App?

Wake up and check baby’s milestones and abilities. We’ll give you the milestones and abilities baby should be reaching based on their age (and adjusted for prematurity, if necessary). You can learn more about milestones, abilities, and early intervention at Pathways.org.
Play new games and activities with baby every day. We provide weekly custom recommendations of activities (with videos!) to help baby reach their milestones. Games keep baby active and make promoting development easy and fun!
Keep track of Tummy Time with the Tummy Timer throughout the day. With just the click of a button you can easily log baby’s Tummy Time to reach their daily goal. Why does baby need Tummy Time?  Tummy Time helps baby develop core muscles and meet developmental milestones. Because baby sleeps on their back, Tummy Time helps prevent early motor delays and conditions, such as flat head syndrome positional plagiocephaly and twisted neck torticollis. Remember, back to sleep and tummy to play!
While baby is napping or has gone to sleep, find answers to all of your development questions. Explore hundreds of blogs and videos to help answer all of your questions about baby’s development. Do you know how to comfort baby when they fall? Or how much water baby can drink? No worries, we have the answers for you!

There’s a lot of places to find baby information online, so why trust Pathways.org? Because we are a non-profit working with healthcare providers across a variety of specializations who help to create and check our content. The developmental milestones Pathways.org uses are validated by American Academy of Pediatrics findings, and all resources are developed with and approved by expert pediatric physical and occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists.
